If your Ready Credit card is lost or stolen, contact us immediately through our 24/7 customer service hotline. We’ll freeze your card to prevent unauthorized transactions and begin the process of issuing you a replacement.
You won’t be held responsible for any fraudulent charges made while your card is lost, as long as they are reported promptly. Our fraud protection team will investigate and take the necessary actions to secure your account.
A new card with a different number will be mailed to you within 5–7 business days. Be sure to update any recurring payments with your new card information.
